Continental Battery Co is pleased to welcome Shae Green as our new Vice President of Human Resources & Risk. Shae is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience leading HR functions across a variety of industries. Most recently, Shae held the Head of Human Resources-North America role for Trescal, Inc. There, she was responsible for shaping culture, developing talent, driving the successful integrations of acquisitions, and leading the organization through the unprecedented pandemic. Previously, she served as the Division Director of Human Resources for Genuine Parts Company (GPC)/ NAPA Auto Parts where she provided the human resources strategic direction to operations in Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Texas.
Throughout her career, Shae has been successful at aligning human resource frameworks to business objectives. She has a commitment to enhancing talent programs and is passionate about fostering a cultural environment where every individual contributes to the success of the organization.
Shae earned her BBA from Texas A&M-Commerce and a Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa.
Shae is an active board member of Lakes Regional Community Center. She resides in the Dallas area and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
